The Apartment: Large 2BR/2Bath 1st floor apartment on Horsetooth between College and Shields. The apartment is completely remodeled with nice floors and countertops and all new sleek energy efficient appliances including washer and dryer in unit. Tons of storage and nice bathrooms. There is a large bedroom and a small bedroom. I am posting both and would happily live in either myself. Small room is 625. Large room is 790. Pictures of the BR and bathroom in this ad are the small bedroom. Apartment includes a huge attached garage from which you can walk into the apartment. I'm pretty sure we can fit two small cars in there and still have room for plenty of storage if needed. Complex has lots of amenities, like pool, large barbecue, and large TV room. Trader Joe's is just across the street and there is plenty of shopping/coffee/groceries nearby. Neighbors are quiet and very nice so far.. The Roommate: I am a young 34 year old male professional, recently moved to FoCo from Denver for work. I wake up fairly early and go to bed fairly early, but still have fun occasionally. I'm looking for a mature roommate (no college students, sorry). I like to have a beer after work sometimes, but not into 420. I'm into trail running and hiking, philosophy and politics. Fairly neat but not overly clean. I travel for work one week or so a month, so you'd have the place to yourself then. I'm not very loud and would be looking for a similar roommate.
