Unfurnished (Bed and Refrigerator not included but can be for a fee. Dogs allowed. Sublease from October 1st 2013-January 31st, 2014. Must be approved by landlord and must have full time employment. Sublease from October 1st - Jan 31st then you can choose to stay longer in the same unit . It has a secured access, even in the parking garage below. This unit is on the 1st floor however technically it is the 2nd floor because you need to use the elevator or stairs to get there. I love this apartment. Its very quiet even though I noticed once or twice when I was home sick from work the people above had a child running around. They don't live there any more so this should not be a problem. Also there aren't ANY BUGS! This is rare in any apartment you find in LA. CREDIT AND REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED
