It is a combination of the classic Aspen charm with a contemporary remodeled interior. It is located on the second floor. Enjoy a peaceful morning drinking coffee on a large private patio with views of Ajax and the mountains up the pass. The home has a wonderful spacious layout with high ceilings and plenty of sunshine throughout. It is a corner unit with only one other neighbor sharing the wall. There is no one above you in the bedroom, so you can enjoy a peaceful sleep. The bathroom has a lovely soaking tub. The living room has a queen pullout sofa for extra guests. There is a new Electrolux Washer and Dryer in the Unit. There is also a fridge, range and a microwave, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. All the fixtures, appliances, furniture and furnishings, bedding, towels and kitchen supplies are new. Most of it is from West Elm, so you can enjoy the nice quality of materials. There is a flat screen TV, fast WiFi and AC. You will not find a rental of this caliber at this price point. Here you won't have to compromise on anything. This place is for someone who loves peace and quiet and high end quality finishes. Pets are allowed. We are looking for a six month or one/two year rental starting in October 2023.
