Centrally located with a 10 minute drive to downtown, across the street from Colorado Springs Country Club and a short drive to UCCS or CC. This condo has been completely remodeled with new floors, cabinets, bathrooms, showers, window coverings, paint you name it! Access to the unit is through the 2 car attached garage or through the first patio to the main door. You walk into the open floor plan at the laundry area/coat closet and into the large kitchen that has an abundance of newer cabinets, nice appliances and upgraded hardware. The U-shaped kitchen has a pass through to the dinning room that allows the Chef of the day easy dinner service. The dinning room and living room flow together in a L shape the definitely defines the two spaces. There is enough space for a full sectional, couch and loveseat, tables etc. The main living room wall is already wired for a wall mounted TV and we will gladly assist in hanging your TV. The dining room can easily accommodate a 6-8 person table for those dinners w/friends or game nights. The access to the 2nd patio that offers more sunlight is through a slider off the dinning room and large enough for multiple chairs and patio furniture. There is a bathroom off the hallway on the main floors as well as storage under the stairs. The 1st things that catches your eye when you walk upstairs are the 3 HUGE bedrooms . All of them are equally large with tons of closet space and enough room for king beds and king bedroom set! The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceilings and attached bath that has awesome modern fixtures , tiled shower and duel vanity. There is a walk-in closet with an absurd about of space for hanging clothes and built in shelving. The two additional bedrooms share an equally impressive remodeled bathroom with lots of storage space in the vanity. Being located between the two bedrooms it allows for easy access from each room. Both bedrooms offer lots of natural light and large closets. There is a linen closet in the hall for towels blankets etc. Water, sewer and trash are included in your rent.
