There is a newly tiled private bathroom that stays true to the Bostonian style. There are wood floors throughout the rest of the home. There are laundry machines in the basement for your use when you have your own laundry detergent and quarters. There are window unit air conditioners installed during the summer months in both bedrooms. The house is close and convenient by either walking, using the BlueBikes stored in the park across the street or by taking the MBTA transportation system to many locations including: · MIT and Harvard University · Charles River where you may enjoy jogging/running/ bicycling · Star Market grocery store/TwinCity Plaza · Cambridge Side Galleria Mall · Kendall Square, Inman Square and Central Square The MBTA transportation system is convenient and will easily take you to Boston attractions including the TD Boston Garden, Fenway Park, Boston Common and Public Garden/Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall/ The Freedom Trail, museums and restaurants, etc. There is no smoking, no vaping and no use of candles or incense allowed anywhere on the property. No pets and no parties. Only occupants listed on the agreement are allowed to sleepover and use the facilities. The host owns the building so extra care is taken in cleaning protocols and responses. The host charges $100. per week to maintain cleaning standards. The guests are expected to keep the unit tidy during their stay and take their trash to the outside barrels daily.
