The top-of-the-line dream kitchen and impressive living room are designed to impress. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with accent walls and artwork that make you feel right at home. The backyard is perfect for hosting barbecues, family gatherings, or just unwinding after a long day. Free parking is available on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. No street parking is allowed due to city regulations, with a maximum of two cars in the garage and two in the driveway. Welcome to DeSoto, a hidden gem in the heart of Texas, just 15 minutes south of downtown Dallas. DeSoto offers a perfect blend of big city excitement and small-town charm, with beautiful parks, a vibrant arts scene, and unique local cuisine. Explore the winding trails of the Chisholm Trail or take a leisurely stroll through the lush greenery of Windmill Hill Nature Preserve. DeSoto has something for everyone, from adventure to relaxation. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace and spa heating element are currently inoperable. We offer plenty of body towels, but feel free to bring your own pool towels. Enjoy self-check-in with detailed instructions provided prior to arrival. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating are included. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available, with login info provided upon request.
