Enter the studio through your private entrance from the garage (detached from the main house), where you will have a mudroom downstairs before going upstairs to the main area. The studio contains a kitchenette with full-size sink, stove, and microwave; a countertop oven and mini-fridge are in the studio while you have your own full-size refrigerator in the garage. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace or warm up the house before you get home with the wifi-controlled wall heater. The garage contains a brand-new washer-dryer combo exclusively for your use, saving you the step of transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer! The property is located across the street from Forest Service land containing miles of hiking and biking trails. The garage is shared with the owner, but you will have your own storage space in the garage and plenty of room for bikes, skis, and snowboards. You will have off-street parking for up to two cars (one car may fit in the garage, depending on size), or ditch your car and walk 5 minutes to the Red Line shuttle. Walk out your sliding patio door onto the shared deck, which is furnished with a grill and picnic table in the warmer months. The studio is NOT furnished except for the flat-screen TV, kitchenware, and a wardrobe (not pictured). One-year minimum lease; $25 credit check required. Security deposit required. Renter pays for half of the following utilities: internet, electricity, propane gas, and water. Owner pays for trash and driveway snow removal, but renter is expected to shovel the snow from the deck. No smoking allowed.
