Nicely furnished with - queen bed - convertible sofa/futon - a closet in each bedroom - TV and stand - nightstands - shared washer/dryer (located outside) - oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator - shower and dual sink vanity in the bathroom - small dining table and basic kitchen setup (pot & pan, cups plates & bowls, utensils) - air conditioning for the kitchen/sitting area We provide hot & cold water (hot water is on our electricity, not yours).
