Refrigerator must be provided by tenant. Tenant pays for all utilities. Requirements: First month's rent and Security Deposit equal to one month's rent due at lease signing in the form of a cashiers check or Zelle transfer ($3,000.00). Minimum monthly income of $4,500.00 which is standard 3 times the rent. Proof of income will be required which could include w-2’s or 1099’s, pay stubs, last years taxes or proof of employment letter. No felonies or evictions. Nonsmoking. No pets. Tenant must transfer all utilities in their name. Renters insurance is required. Credit score of 650 or more. If interested and you qualify, you can request a showing.
