We are a 1950's building, all single adults, located near Swedish Hospital, many grocery and shopping stores near Broadway and Hampden. The price for the unit includes water, power, sewer and trash. It does NOT include cable or internet. This is a 14 unit very quiet community. Unfortunately, no pets or smoking is permitted inside the premises. We have an in house shared laundry and parking is off the street. During the summer, we have a community garden we all tend. All interested, must make an appointment with management to receive our own application.
