The last tenant was at the unit for greater than 10 years. Rent is $1250 and includes Heat, and underground parking stall. Great safe neighborhood. I am looking for a person tenant not a 2 person tenant. I love all animals but I am very sorry I cannot rent to a tenant with a animal. This unit is Tip Top inside and outside. I need a super clean neat person. Are you this person. The pictures were taken at night and work tools were still on the premises. I have had this Unit since the early 1980's. The view is unique.
