These apartments are nice and decent for the area. The staff/maintenance are helpful and get things done in a timely fashion. Maintenance goes around the complex and cleans up the trash littered anywhere.

Move in was smooth it’s just little things. I thought with the elite I’ll have hardwood all through the apartment and just carpet in the rooms but it’s all carpet. I also came into roaches popping up I have some solutions to contain that but it was be awesome if maintenance can come do a spray. Other than that it’s good.

It’s been ok. I’ve been here almost 5years and it’s fairly quiet, but the customer service has been absolutely HORRIBLE for every management company that have taken over. And it’s been about 7 different companies since I’ve moved here, just 3 different companies since Dec 2022 to now. They’ve changed their phone numbers and contact information so many times that it’s difficult to reach them. Hopefully they can find a company with a good caring staff that isn’t nasty out the mouth and no attitudes, that are understanding, respectful and willing to listen and work with the community without degrading them. Also hope they can get to fixing all the major issues here as well as the ROACH INFESTATION PROBLEM.

This complex has been sold and under new management 4 different times and I have only been here 2 years. They are slow to fix or replace things or just not at all. Some of the people in the office are simply disrespectful.

Application process was easy and fast approval. Moving in was a hassle, apt wasn't ready for a month, and it was a problem with everything, after moving in noticed the pool was never opened it was always an excuse to why and it's fall now and it never opened up. The exercise room closes at 530pm which is terrible especially for us hard working individuals that get off at 5pm. There's only one way in and that's through the leasing office. I think they should have the gym open for 24 hours and make another entrance with a code or a fab to gain entrance.

Overall my stay here at 3390 Apartments has been great. Great so far the rooms nice size bathroom kitchen everything is so perfect but once I can get the washer and dryer in I definitely will be in love.... very convenient from the store but you do got to have a car to get around

Apartment is very beautiful very nice. Work is being done on roads so that’s a plus the neighbors are not too loud it’s not paperthin so you can’t. How are this conversations to the walls which is a good thing. It’s newly renovated nice plush carpet no bugs all and I give it a 10 out of 10.

Things could be a lot better around here ! There is never a good line of communication throughout the leasing office . They sometimes take they’re time to do things and some of the staff attitudes are horrible

It's been a pretty poor experience so far. It took a week and a half after our original move in date to actually be allowed to move in. There's still no air conditioning in our unit. Still waiting on laundry appliances to be delivered. And the laundry facility on-site doesn't have power and hasn't had power for weeks. The staff is friendly and helpful, but that only goes so far when other important things are missing. I've put in a request twice for a leaky faucet and it's yet to be addressed.

I been here for about 2 years now and it’s been a rough ride. Management changes every 3-4 months. The apartments are overpriced for the quality of the actual apartments. Roaches and other bugs, cracks all throughout the walls and ceilings. Please do not be fooled by the photos they post. The apartment looks NOTHING like what they advertise. Management is really unprofessional and unorganized. Will NOT be renewing my lease.

My move in was very rushed and the apartment had issues. Some minor issues have been fixed while others nothing. Then after living here about a month my window got shot in after the fourth of july! We are about to be on August and my window is still busted out and bullet holes in my walls. I recieved my mailbox key 2 months after move in. Just sad experience.

The apartment complex is quiet. The neighbors seem friendly, but they stay to themselves, which is just the way I like it. I haven't explored the community amenities yet, but I am pleased to see they offer a fitness center.

We moved from Mississippi and the move in was easy. We ran across a few issues but the office made sure they were handled promptly. The stay so far , has been nice.

The inside of my home is beautiful I just have be having a hard time with the rent fluctuating other than that I like my home. I like how they always keep the apartments clean and safe

We been here 28 years now me and my son it's been so wonderful here living here we have seen a lot of people s come and go but we call this place our home and community never had any problems no breaks in neighbor s up in down but ok we really like it here . your truly ms Emily Thrasher

I have been a resident at this complex since 2013, and I must say that the new management has definitely improved! When I call the office with a question or concern, Dominique ALWAYS answers the phone in a Professional, concerned manner, and willing to go the extra mile to answer my question. I really appreciate the new management company, and all of the improvements and the professional staff! :)

You can't get an honest or timely response to request for maintence or repairs done or even and timely response to when something will be addressed. Without AC for months.
I didn’t read the comments before moving in. A lot of the comments is correct. The pictures online is not the reality of this apartment complex. The only part that is of the grounds that up-kept is the front and by the leasing office. If you come to the back it is a hot mess. They barely clean up outside and when they do it very minimal. I would let my child go play in the playgrounds because they are beyond filthy, there is a pool but not open. Yet every Monday they clean it. Apartment is roach hotel, sockets barely work. Avoid at all cost. This was I needed somewhere to move fast, if that was not the case I wouldn’t moved here

The life at marketplace is a good place to live staff is very friendly the community is clean and quiet I love living here

What they advertise online, is not actually available for use by residents. No pool, public dryers dont work, park is very dirty, dingy and outdated. They advertise a gym and basketball court but no one is allowed in the building so the ONLY amenities we can use is the dog park. So if you dont own a dog, youre paying for all these useless amenities. Lots of bugs in the home, plumbing issues because of the way the pipes are set up in the complex the water gets shut off too option for repairs and my tub gets clogged but can not be unclogged because of the way the pipes are sitting underneath the ground. (Per plumbers) .. they have open vents in the kitchen so Ive had an actual bird fly into my apartment one day and the way they saw fit to fix it was to bang on the open vent (unannounced) and cause unnecessary noise in my home while I was working from home. They have murders in the complex and send email notices to let residents know. and if you send any email expressing your concerns about anything in the complex, they wont respond.

i been staying in these apartments for a while, they are terrible for the price they are trying to charge you its not worth it. since been staying here we have had three killings, the A/C have went out ever summer and it takes them almost a month to fix. office staff is very rude and unprofessional. these apartments are not worth money plus there charging high rates for no space. if i was you i would think again before moving here. there are way better apartments out there for this price.

Overall my experience at "The Life at Marketplace" has been satisfactory and somewhat more fulfilling than was expected. Considering the size and scope of responsibilities at this residential facility. Secondly, management is without question striving to provide an excellent living environment while also facing the challenges posed by a worldwide pandemic. Finally, the ongoing structural developmental projects taking place here at "Life at Marketplace" are a clear reflection of management's goals and/or vision as regards the long-term future of the property.
The life at marketplace is a affordable and comfortable living near the Camp Creek market place and airport. My stay is quiet and comfortable. Any issue Ive had Its always addressed. I have been here three years and counting. And I dont plan on moving until I find a house, there is no reason to.
This is my first apartment & I love everything about it. I believe that I made the right choice in leasing with them & I definitely recommend others in moving here.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the staff is friendly. Maintenance completed my work order in a timely matter considering covid and they communicated clearly everything. So far I'm enjoying my new home
It was a pleasure visiting this property for a tour. Kiara was extremely helpful. I definitely would recommend this property to anyone that's apartment hunting. Make sure you ask for KIARA!! She's the best
I have been living here since 2017 I have no complaints my area is quite the old maintenance crew always fixed wat I needed on time and the new maintenance Sean he stays in point in making sure he gets the job done but the office people change slot but I only deal with fletcher five stars for Sean

Do not waste your time or money! I repeat do not waste time or money! I moved in July 2018 and was unaware they had a move in time although I was told by my lease agent I can move in at any time...so I was inconvienced when my movers showed up and they would not give me a key until 2:30pm...money wasted out my pocket...Then issues with roaches which they never explained until after they got my money...looks nice but they have a roach problem..Lastly and most importantly they miscalculated my move in fees and put a notice to pay on my door....never apologized to me but said either you pay it or we can not accept your rent...mind you lease agent said she made a mistake and I didnt have to pay. Management said lease agent is not the boss and I have to pay...very bad communication among staff...manager is very rude and unprofessional with me...I refuse to stay here and gave a 30 day notice. I hope this review saves somebody else time and money!
