Off the driveway entrance, there is a storage room where rakes, shovels, and other items can be stored, and you will also have access to the basement. If you want to use the front parlor bedroom, the two large pocket doors can be closed together or individually to separate the bedroom from the now-living room area. The kitchen is roomy with a pantry for extra storage and a small breakfast nook under the windows. The kitchen does not include a dishwasher. The bathroom is off the kitchen and includes a toilet. sink, tub/shower, and washer and dryer. There is off-street parking available for one vehicle. The upstairs tenant shares the driveway and parking area with you. The front of the house includes a large, covered porch that is great for sitting. The backyard is grassed and can be used for lounging if you have a table and chairs. If you are a gardener and want to plant vegetables or flowers, the backyard gets a lot of sun (faces west). Only small dogs allowed NO CATS, and the building is non-smoking. A pre-requisite to approval is completing an application. The cost is $35, which includes a credit and background check. We require a 660 or better credit score. If the score is lower, we do allow cosigners or 3 months' rent in advance. We also require copies of three months of pay stubs from your current employer and an income-to-rent ratio of 3:1.
