Upon entry, you'll be greeted by an open living room complete with comfy seating for the whole crew. Enjoy the Smart TV equipped with cable and streaming services to watch the big game from home. Just off the living room, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with essentials to create your favorite meals. The bar features four high-top chairs perfect for enjoying meals. Off the living room and kitchen area, two sets of double doors lead to an outdoor living area with patio seating and a BBQ grill. The home has four beds: a King bedroom with a closet, dresser, and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with a Queen-size bed and nearby bathroom, and an upstairs shared bedroom with two Queen beds and a walk-in closet. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Interested in experiencing the nature of the Ozarks? You are only 0.2 miles away from the Razorback Greenway Trails, where you can easily access all of Fayetteville's favorites. Feeling extra adventurous? Walk, bike, or run through nature-surrounded trails to access all of Northwest Arkansas. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Smart home technology is used to improve your experience, including NoiseAware, a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows response to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
