With approximately 2,000 sqft of single-level living in the heart of Dana Point and conveniently positioned within walking distance to Dana Point's newest restaurants, brew-pubs and shops...as well just a short drive to Doheny State Beach, Dana Point Harbor, The Strand or Salt Creek Beach. Ideal for 3 couples or 2 families. Electric 4 seat golf cart available at additional daily or monthly fee. Stand up and surf boards are also available. There is one dedicated parking space adjacent to garage, on site laundry. Plenty street parking available. Monthly Pricing is based on a 30 day minimum stay. PET friendly. Available March 1, 2025.
