Please note that although this is a two-bedroom house, it has only one bed and therefore is suitable to accommodate a couple or an individual, but not two people needing separate rooms. Two bathrooms - one with clawfoot tub/shower, the other with a large jetted tub. Laundry room with washer/dryer. The house has an enormous, private south-facing front porch with seating, and a large backyard with a deck and covered patio area (backyard is shared with the tenant of the detached rear in-law unit). Easy, unrestricted street parking available for one vehicle, directly in front of the house. No off-street parking available. Location: Liberty Wells is a fabulous, eclectic early 20th century neighborhood that is close to downtown Salt Lake City. There's a really great coffee shop called Alchemy about 3 blocks away. Liberty Park, the largest park in the central city area, is about a 10-15 minute walk away. While the immediate neighborhood is residential, there are a number of good restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. Rent is $1,995 per month. Owner pays water/sewer/garbage and high-speed internet. Tenant pays gas (heat) and electric - probably around $150-$175 per month in the winter. Refundable security deposit of $1500. Tenant screening and short-term lease will be required.
