Mosholu parkway area!
The apartments in the building are great! Very spacious rooms, not necessarily huge but comfortable. The apartment I live in is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Kitchen is a decent size. Hardwood floors. The living room is huge! Great space for entertaining. The dining area is a comfortable size as well. Been living here for 4 years. One of the best areas in the Bronx that I have lived.
