About This Property

Looking for 3rd person in a great 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with central air- Will only have 3 people in the house. Rent $1200- Lease Terms: 3 months to start on october 1 and then extend up to 12 month if desired Easy street parking (right in front of house), back yard, Grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher- house is fully furnished. Walk to two parks with basketball, baseball, soccer and tennis courts. Current residents: 2 professionals late 20s, often traveling for work and out of town on the weekends for play. Free time spent outside mountain biking, skiing, climbing, camping, etc. We are looking for a similarly like minded young professional who is respectful and keeps common areas clean and organized, and who enjoys the outdoors, and the occasional beer- 420 is fine too. Located in a great area, easy on and off 70, just around the corner from Tenneyson street and just above Sloans Lake (both have lots of great restaurants and bars) and minutes from down town. No pets No live in BF or GF No Weirdos
