Charming Logan Square Yellow Stone
This is a spacious, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Logan Square. It's conveniently located next to two grocery stores (or supermercados as the neighbors call them). However, there has been a steady rent increase and it's to the point where the rent is not worth the apartment. Also, the landlord is extremely hard to get a hold of and does not promptly fix maintenance issues when asked. It took one year for our leaky roof to be patched and the water damage inside the apartment still has not been repaired.
