I own and manage a beautiful apartment building in a very safe neighborhood at 18th & L Streets in Lincoln. The building is on the state and national historic registers. It was the first Synagogue in Lancaster County. I have both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. The 1 bedroom units run from 725.00 to 795.00 and the 2 bedroom units run from 825.00 to 895.00; all rents vary according to the size and/or unique qualities of each apartment. For example, one of the larger 1 bedroom apartments converted the choir loft into a large bedroom. One of the 2 bedroom apartments utilized a large stain glass display of the Star of David, which hung over the altar, as the ceiling in the living room. Some of the apartments have 20 foot ceilings. Each apartment has its own unique qualities and all the apartments are distinctly different; not cookie cutter back to back replicas like other apartment houses. My tenants tend to be young adults (25-40), the majority of which work either in the downtown area or at the University of Nebraska. Laundry facilities are located in the building. City bus service stops right outside the front entry. The main boulevard leading into the University of Nebraska is one-half block to the east of the building. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
