This includes a $2292 refundable deposit, a $400 non-refundable cleaning fee, and a $250 leasing/admin fee. First month's rent due at move in. Tenant arranges and pays all utilities. Parental Guarantor required for tenants without adequate personal income. Our residents are required to be automatically enrolled in our Resident Benefits Package. The cost of this program is $39 per month and includes renter's insurance, HVAC air filter delivery, identity theft protection, a rewards program, credit score building, and concierge utility transfer service. Well behaved and loved pets are welcome, with an additional $200 per pet fee.
