About This Property
This rental is in a fantastic location- 0.5 miles from campus, 0.5 miles from the hospital and 0.5 miles from Blackrocks Brewery! The house itself is well maintained and energy efficient! There is also a two car garage to keep your vehicles out of the snow. The kitchen and basement were recently updated and the upstairs bedrooms have hardwood floors. With three bedrooms and 2 baths, there is plenty of space for everyone! This will be a 10 month lease (August 1st through May 31st- but with options to move in a little earlier and leave a little later, if desired). Pets are allowed upon approval. We just bought the place, so if you look up the property, it still says 'pending', but we would be happy to give you an in person or virtual tour so you know that this place is legit. We still have winter pictures because we are on our way up north next week- we will update them soon! Good luck in your rental search and perhaps this is the one!
