ABOUT THE BUILDING: Historic Hotel Lowry Building. Had 350 hotel rooms in it at one point. Multiple presidents stayed in the building over the years. Since then it has been converted to apartments. There are 160 apartments in the building. 24 hour security. Gray Duck Tavern in lobby. Beautifully renovated lobby that brings back the glamor of the 30s. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: 462 square feet. I would call it an efficient one bedroom. As you can see in the pictures the kitchen is quite small with limited countertop space. This apartment would be great for a person who wants to live downtown, doesn't have a ton of things, and doesn't want to break the bank. AMENITIES: Restaurant in lobby, fitness center available for new tenants at a neighboring building (new tenants sign a fitness waiver form and can use a gym at a building three blocks away for free). WHO THIS APARTMENT IS GOOD FOR: If you are someone who doesn't need a lot of storage space, isn't too concerned about amenities or flashy appliances, then this apartment is perfect. If you need a lot of storage space, need amenities like a tenant lounge, or need granite countertops or stainless steel appliances then it might not make sense to setup a showing here.
