There are 160 apartments in the building. 24 hour security. Gray Duck Tavern in lobby. Beautifully renovated lobby that brings back the glamor of the 30s. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: 462 square feet. I would call it an efficient one bedroom. As you can see in the pictures the kitchen is quite small with limited countertop space. This apartment would be great for a person who wants to live downtown, doesn't have a ton of things, and doesn't want to break the bank. AMENITIES: Restaurant in lobby, fitness center available for new tenants at a neighboring building (new tenants sign a fitness waiver form and can use a gym at a building three blocks away for free).
