This is the Lowry Building located at 4th and Wabasha. We have 60 apartments that recently became available due to a block tenant vacating. Currently the apartments are in decent shape. This photo was taken today while doing a walkthrough. Before anyone moves in all furniture will be removed and the apartments will be deep cleaned and everything will be inspected for functionality (cabinets, sinks, toilets, etc.). These apartments are not swanky but they are practical, affordable, quiet, and safe. The building maintenance and management is rock solid. LEASE INFORMATION We offer one year leases to those who qualify. Leases with less than one year terms are available but for a 10% premium. All utilities are included in the lease other than electricity which is paid by the tenant. When you move in you need to set up an account with Xcel Energy. Security deposit is one month of rent. RENTER REQUIREMENTS 1. Must make 3x rent (based on gross income) 2. Must have a clean criminal background (each tenant is screened before he/she is accepted) 3. Must have a good rental history (a lack of rental history is OK as long as you have the income 4. Must not have any dogs. Cats are okay but a one-time $150 cat fee is required before move in.
