Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Downtown is only 3 blocks away, and is packed with restaurants, vintage stores, and places to explore. The condo is adorable and private. 2nd story walk-up. Please note, there is a train track a few streets down and the train blows a loud horn throughout the days. I didn’t hear it after awhile when living there but just want to let you know it happens and is loud. It’s a part of the historic Longmont district experience.
