Rent is $1800 per month for 2 people and $1650 per month for single. This includes all utilities WiFi and cable. Minimum 28 days. Presently the first vacancy is February 10, 2018. If you are looking for a short term rental that is fully equipped and furnished we have a nice place for you. This is a 680 sq.ft. apartment that is attached to our main house but yet separate and private. It has an open concept kitchen/living and dining area. The living room has cable TV and comfortable seating. Dining can also double as a work space. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, granite counter tops and great cabinet space. **IT DOES NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER OR FULL SIZE STOVE. We have several electrical appliances that can be used to cook meals. There is a separate bedroom with cathedral ceilings, large walk-in closet and a nice king size bed. The bathroom is cozy with a grand size walk-in shower (no tub). Private doorway to the backyard. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING TO THE RENTAL. WE RENT TO SHORT TERM, CORPORATE OR PROFESSIONALS WORKING IN THE AREA. Off street parking The apartment has a separate heat/Central AC Shared mudroom and washer and dryer Lease, Deposit, and references are required for personal rental. We do negotiate with medical/business management companies.
