I lived at 35 Rosebrook for a year, right after the building opened. I've had to move around a bit for work, and I must say, this is by far the best place I've ever lived. The units are beautiful and very well built. The building is always so clean and the ownership takes pride in adding personal touches that make it a great place to live. And if anything does come up, the management is very quick to resolve any issues. I could go on and on about my experience...
