So far it’s okay when we moved in it was dirty and we have seen lots of trash left out by resident while they don’t get in trouble at all also some dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs

I love this apartment complex the Staff members are so helpful especially Andrea and Crystal :) I love that the maintenance team is very helping as well and is able to fix anything regarding apartment issues in a timely manner, very nice and respectful. Staff is great here always eager to help and quick to respond. Apartments are very nice and have a great price. The only thing I would change about this place is maybe add a few different machines in the gym. It is the only flaw I have found in my tenure here

I love it here! Very quiet, clean, safe and friendly! No roaches or pests unlike many other apartments in DFW. Complex is newly constructed and has very high quality features such as granite countertops, high ceilings, great floor plans and also has in unit washer and dryers which is a HUGE plus for me! Overall great experience highly recommended!

So far I haven’t had any problems here and have been happy here for the last almost fifteen months. It’s usually quiet except for sometimes you hear people above you and cars will sometimes race down the street next to us.

Haven’t had any problems with a very helpful and friendly staff. Amenities here are really nice with an amazing layout of the community itself. Pretty easy to not get lost here. Any problems with the apartment is fixed fairly quickly too!!

Beautiful and peaceful place to live. Awesome staff and great maintenance! Great amenities for kids and grownups. Big and wonderful dog playground!

Living at 35 West has been a wonderful experience. I Love that the grounds are well kept, the pool is a beautiful space, the neighbors are mostly quiet. Our apartment is small but has lovely amenities. The maintenance always shows up in a timely manner and handles each problem with expertise. There’s always been ample parking and it feels safe.

Great amenities, clean community, well cared for gym and pool. Apartment itself is great too. Very nice and updated appliances/touches. Would recommend here to anyone.
