About 350 Galloway St NE Washington, DC 20011
There are two months at the end of my reduced lease rate available for renters who want to get into the Aventine apartments at Fort Totten, but do not want to pay full price. Signing a new 9-month lease for this apartment would cost $2192 and even then there are currently none available. Consider taking over my studio starting in February for a total savings of $1,540 for the first two months and then reaping additional monthly savings through a lease extension rather than a new lease. Convenience This is the most convenient address I lived at in my 20 years in DC. Being at the junction of the Red, Green and Yellow lines makes getting anywhere by Metro easy plus dozens of bus lines. The Metro is about a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Amenities The Aventine boasts a very nice pool, gym, common areas, security and attached underground garage. The apartment has a late model washer and dryer inside (I have loved not leaving the apartment to do laundry!) and additional generous closet space has been added. My favorite feature of the apartment is the large bathroom (approx. 100 square feet). Shopping The newest DC Wal-Mart just opened at a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
