What you will love about this neighborhood We are really fortunate to be situated between two very different neighborhood vibes. One block away is the trendy Valencia Corridor, home to the best restaurants and happening night life in the sunniest neighborhood of the city (fog is a thing in San Francisco, as you probably know). We are set back one street from the hustle and bustle so it is not in your face, but you can easily access it if you like. One block the other way is 24th Street, the main street of Noe Valley. Playfully called "Stroller Valley" by locals due to the prevalence of young couples with babies, Noe Valley is a more residential, upscale vibe and has a Whole Foods grocery store on 24th street, if you prefer to go that route.
3502 23rd St. is an apartment community located in San Francisco County and the 94110 ZIP Code.
