The mostly young professional community keeps the feel vibrant. The location is elegantly close to everything but just off the beaten path. A short stroll to the lake (Mozart's coffee shop, Hula Hut) and a straight shot to the capitol. Two tenants of the building have told me lately that its their favorite place they've ever lived! Not fancy but charming. Central heating and cooling. Washer and dryer on site. Off street parking. Non smoking property and cats okay but unfortunately no dogs. Owners pay for water, sewer, trash/recycling and partial electric. Tenant gets an electric account through City of Austin. Complex handled the winter storm with no issues - Just something that's nice to know.
