THIS RENTAL IS ONLY FOR ONE ROOM AND ATTACHED BATHROOM, WITH A COMMON LIVING AREA, KITCHEN, AND LAUNDRY ROOM. Other 3 bedrooms/bathrooms are occupied. This is a two story house in the Baylor University area within close driving proximity to the Baylor campus. Each tenant has their own bedroom and bathroom, although all other areas of the house are shared/common areas. Private bedroom and private bathroom per tenant. RENT PRICE IS PER ROOM. The home currently houses 3 male university students. Each tenant over the age of 18 years is required to complete and application and pay the $50 application fee. To complete your application, a non-refundable $50 fee is required. Applications will be processed only upon receipt of this fee. Once approved, a deposit must be paid within 24 hours. All applicants must fulfill specific criteria, which include a minimum credit score of 600, no previous evictions or outstanding balances, and a monthly income equal to or exceeding three times the rent amount. If you have pets, a pet deposit of $500 per pet will be necessary, along with an additional $25 per month for pet rent per pet.
