Other appliances includes washer, dryer, dishwasher, central AC. We're looking for long-term, non-smoking tenants. There is an non-refundable application fee of $75. Approval requirements includes but not limited to a gross monthly income of 3 times the rent, a clean background (no evictions for past 5 years, good prior references), and credit score equal or higher than 600. A security deposit equaling a month of rent and first month's rent is due upon signing ($3600). Approved tenant must submit the payment before handing over the unit's keys. Pets are allowed for a non-refundable deposit of $300 per pet and an extra charge of $50 per month per pet.
