First & second level (separate entrance) where owners (Mohit & Sheetal) are staying. The apartment is newly renovated unit that features free wifi, a flat screen TV (with Apple TV), bedroom (with queen size bed and closet space), fully functional kitchen with brand new equipments (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator & coffee maker) and full bath with 24 hours hot water. Living room has a queen size futon and a single bed. Neighborhood: Although Newark Avenue is a busy street (only 7 mins walking from the apartment), the apartment is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Pets: We have a 6yr old beagle (Bruno). He is quiet and friendly and has no access to the rental apartment. As a pet owner, we are open to accepting requests for those who would like to rent with their pet(s).
