CENTRAL AIRCONDITIONING AND HEAT stainless steel appliances , garbage disposal my photos are on a cell phone, i am not a relator, I live here, and those that move in tend to stay for longer then 5 years for a reason... Stuff works, if it breaks I repair it same day... ask my tenants when you come for a visit what they think of the building and me.... no relator can offer you that insight. The chemistry of the building is what makes our building the best... My tenants are extremely intelligent and considerate. they treat others as they wish to be treated and we are all to busy for other peoples drama. This two bedroom, one bathroom unit, It has large bedrooms, 3 closets , kitchen living room , bathroom and a mechanical room. One of the closets is larger then some of the bedrooms in the area. I personally had a desk and a filing cabinet along with clothes in the larger closet and king sized bed in the bedroom, still leaving space for dressers. The living room will fit any sofa configuration from what we have seen. This building offers like new functionality for an unbeatable rental price! and the location cannot be beat... a few steps from an underground platform that offers a seat in either direction... We are half way between Downtown and Ohare airport... during rush hour we still have seats available going towards the city and Ohare, that is no loger the case once you get past our stop in either direction, The location is AWESOME feet to grocery stores bars restaurants.. this neighborhood is changing at such an alarming rate the Alderman actually campaigns with promises trying to stop it. It is unfortunate that people are being priced out of the neighborhood, but then again everyone from Bucktown wicker park is moving here for the same reason... leaving those places with less and less residents everyday, the bar and restaurants are following the residents... beer gardens popping up everywhere. 2 minute walk to underground CTA train Platform (you appreciate an underground platform when its really cold, sleeting or hot and humid outside, and Chicago gets allot of extremes) Fully gut rehabbed building with new electrical and plumbing through out HIGH EFFICIENCY CENTRAL HEAT AND AIRCONDITIONING WITH A THERMSTATE THAT YOU CONTIOL. coin operated laundry $1.75 wash and $0.50 Dry seconds from everything bars restaurants grocery stores Avondale park with a pool (our voting location by the way)
