It is centrally located between Kent and Ravenna with only a few minute drive to downtown Ravenna and less than 10 minutes to downtown Kent. This two bedroom, one bath, is an upstairs unit and has a private entrance. Also has a private fenced in large yard that can be gated by the front porch. Very large windows that provide a great cross breeze through the apartment. Large bedroom with walk in closet (not shown) and a nice size 2nd bedroom. Large living room and galley kitchen with stainless steel stove and refrigerator (not shown). The owner occupies the entire bottom portion of the home. The owner decorates for every holiday and has gardens all over the place for you to enjoy. Since it is owner occupied, we are requiring a back ground check so there is a $40 application fee.
