Located right on Mission Bay, this is the perfect home for a small group of 4 people (up to 3 adults). 1st LEVEL On the main floor, you will find a beautiful open floor-plan featuring the living, dining and kitchen area with a spacious patio facing the water. You have wonderful bay views from each area of this floor. The ground level also offers a nice laundry room and a half bathroom, as well as the attached garage. You will love to cook in this fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Its stocked with everything you might possibly need. 2nd LEVEL All bedrooms are located on the 2nd level and each has a balcony attached. The Master bedroom features a King bed, TV, comfortable seating and an en suite bathroom with a big tub/shower. The balcony is furnished and offers absolutely breathtaking bay views and beyond. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS King bed Queen bed Double bed Pack n play AMENITIES Enjoy the luxury of TV's in the living room and all bedrooms, free WiFi, central heating, AC, hairdryer in each bathroom, iron & ironing board. Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience. PARKING The garage fits two small cars or one small SUV. It is 8' wide, 8' tall and 32' long. LOCATION The 1,500 sq-ft house is located in the heart of Mission Beach, walking distance from fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. These include, but are not limited to: Santa Clara Point on Mission Bay with rentals of sailboats, kayaks, paddle boards and more. Just down the boardwalk is Belmont Park with a roller coaster and other park rides, video games, two wave houses and restaurants. PLEASE NOTE We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. No parties. One mid-stay cleaning per month is included. Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar as we need to keep a minimum of 30 nights open in between bookings. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.
