The interior design is simple and modern, providing a relaxing atmosphere to get some rest after a busy fun-filled day. The 3 full bathrooms are clean and up to date with modern upgrades. The perfect place to gather as a group will be in the large living area. Lounge on the luxurious furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. The living room opens up to a formal dining area where you can all enjoy your meals together. You’ll also have your own gorgeous, bright, fully equipped kitchen. Finally, having saved the best for last, let’s talk about that amazing backyard! There are tons of space back here, all fully fenced-in to give you your privacy. You’ll have a large patio area, as well as lots of green space with an outdoor dining area, and a hammock. Pets are welcome with a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest. Your vacation home is in the Kenilworth Estates neighborhood of northwest Dallas. Conveniently, you’ll be less than 20 minutes to DFW airport and downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. In addition to the major attractions, you’ll be just 15 minutes from Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances. Take the family on an adventure and go tree-top trekking 25 minutes away at the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park. For more fun with the kids, be sure to check out Adventure Landing Dallas (18 minutes away), which features mini-golf, laser tag, go-karts, and an arcade. You can also pay a visit to AT&T Stadium, home to the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 25 minutes away. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is wood burning, and for safety reasons, we do not provide wood and ask guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval.
