Triplex has a large yard that you are free to utilize that has some raised garden beds for your use, a pergola covered concrete patio with table and chairs, as well as a gas grill for your use. The apartment features a recently updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (w/gas range) and new gold fixtures, original hardwood flooring throughout, a deep claw foot soaking tub in bathroom with new chrome fixtures, a beautiful main bedroom with a small walk-in closet, a fully fenced backyard with patios and a gas grill, laundry in the basement (and storage if needed), and off-street parking in back or plentiful on-street parking. The unit below is empty and will stay as such for at least the next year or two. Their is no houses across the street as it is just wooded, and in the valley below is the BNSF railroad. There is some noise from the trains, so be aware if you are extremely noise sensitive, but most people who live in the neighborhood, including ourselves and our previous tenant who lived their for over 20 years had no issues with it. There is a nice little park just a block down the street. Easy commute to downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, bike paths, Mississippi River trails, and parks.
