The unit below is empty and will stay as such for at least the next year or two. Their is no houses across the street as it is just wooded, and in the valley below is the BNSF railroad. There is some noise from the trains, so be aware if you are extremely noise sensitive, but most people who live in the neighborhood, including ourselves and our previous tenant who lived their for over 20 years had no issues with it. There is a nice little park just a block down the street. Easy commute to downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, bike paths, Mississippi River trails, and parks.
