Washer and dryer is shared with studio unit in back located on the patio. Besides the one reserved space behind the house, there's also street parking. However, at certain times it can be challenging to find a spot. Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee per pet. Walk to Adam's Avenue to enjoy craft coffee and cocktails, buzzy local eateries, and live music. Normal Heights is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in San Diego at the moment, with unique shopping, nightlife and family-friendly spots. Trolley Barn park is a gorgeous playground and park, and is a quick drive. Beaches are close, just a quick 15-minute drive to the nearest one. Although we provide self-check-in for a completely contactless experience, we are available to help answer any questions prior to and during your stay. This house has an additional guest studio in back. It is completely detached, no walls are shared. The studio guests may use street parking only and the parking space between the two units is reserved just for you. The washer and dryer is located on the patio of the guest studio and is the only aspect of the property that is shared with other guests. No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
