The washer/dryer is shared with a studio unit in back, located on the patio. Pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional $125 pet fee. Walk to Adam's Avenue to enjoy craft coffee and cocktails, buzzy local eateries, and live music. Normal Heights is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in San Diego at the moment, with unique shopping, nightlife and family-friendly spots. Trolley Barn park is a gorgeous playground and park, and is a quick drive. Beaches are close—just a quick 15-minute drive to the nearest one! San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive check-in info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign. It can all be done online.
