About This Property
Are you a newcomer to Santa Fe seeking interim or temporary housing? We have a fully furnished cabin available for month-to-month rental. The cabin has a queen bedroom, full kitchen and bath and a combined living and dining area. Free Parking for one vehicle. Cost: $1,750/mo, utilities included! The cabin is located in the Los Suenos RV Park which has open office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM 7 days/week. We also have a larger bathroom facility within the park which includes Washers and Dryers for all of our guests' use. Los Suenos RV Park is conveniently located just 3-1/2 miles from the downtown Plaza and within an easy walk or short drive to several grocers, restaurants, movie theaters, a shopping mall and the 2 local hospitals. We're also on the bus line. The cabin is available on a month-to-month basis. No smoking. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking is available for one vehicle, at no additional charge. Pets must be pre-approved by the Park Manager, leashed when outside and their owner must clean up after them. Pets may not be left tied up outside. The site in which the cabin sits must be kept neat and clean at all times. No open fires per local City Ordinance - small propane grills are permitted.
