Love it here! Loved living here for a little over two years! The apartments are wonderful, staff friendly, and amazing amenities! 1 bedroom with a den was perfect for an office/guest bed (Twin). The smaller community (only 3 buildings) made it easy to get to know people, especially regulars in the community room/pool area in the summer! Wouldn’t have moved except new opportunities called elsewhere!

Great experience as usual! We asked if maintenance could install curtains for us because we did not have a drill of our own and they came and installed them with no issues. Curtains look perfect and they came in a timely manner.
Great service Trouble with toilet, making loud whining noise when we flushed also water Running constantly, Chad came and fixed the problem by 5 o’clock the day we submitted the issue great job as usual

I really enjoy living here. It has all the perks I wanted: in-unit washer/dryer, underground parking, free outdoor parking, pool, gym, lockers for packages, access to walking trails, nice finishes, etc. I like that the location has quick access to both shops and highways too. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful in my experience.

I moved here for a temporary time when I was able to pick up a current tenet's lease and sublet it from her for the remainder of the year until March. I live here currently and am moving to Washington State at the end of my lease in March where I recently purchased 30 acres of land in which I am going to build a house and live on with my family. I can fortunately say this is the last apartment I will ever live in, and it was a Good Choice. All the buildings and community areas are really well taken care of. you see the maintenance and grounds workers driving around all hours of the day doing work. The units are very quiet and everyone who lives there is quite respectable and friendly. I lived here with my 14 month old daughter and felt very safe. My only complaint is that I wish my Chevy Silverado fit in the garage, there is a clearance bar that prevent me from pulling in. If I was able to use the garage then me and my daughter wouldn't have to bare the cold every morning when I take her to daycare. Overall the office staff are quite friendly and they remember my name which makes me feel nice, excellent touch. They seem also readily available for my questions whenever i need them (within hours of operation of course) Which is nice, a lot of places I have lived him have absent lucrative staff, Here the staff have always seemed transparent and honest. As well the units are very nice and feel like a fancy hotel suite, especially the bathrooms. The appliances are all new and mine has an ice maker which is something I've never had before. Also some like mine come with an electric fireplace heater which adds a nice aesthetic approach to a night light. I am happy and glad I chose to lease here, I am leaving with positive experience from this place.

Management and maintenance staff are very timely and always professional! Highly recommend.
Property management has been excellent so far! I had issues with a local energy company and long story short they were billing me for the unit I was not living in thus I incurred a $50 fee from the CIP's energy company. I explained what happened and within an hour they had the fee waived. Always friendly and cannot say enough good things, by far my best leasing experience.
I am very displeased with numerous aspects at the complex. Firstly, the review below is from one of the office staff, which I believe to be very disingenuous, further, we have had so many issues with disrepair within the unit, property, and clubhouse, that for a brand new property, it should not happen. Following, there have been many rude office staff, it has left a sour taste in our mouthes.
When I did notify management of a maintenance issue, they came in and corrected the problem within 24hrs of my claim. Management on staff certainly prides themselves on building a "community"! The Yoga Studio with Fitness on Demand is an awesome perk! The TV is pre-load with a number of Yoga Martial Art sequences. The building is still under construction being landscaped, but they have rental discounts that help compensate for any inconvenience. Easy Convenience Location! within a mile of Jordan Creek Town Center the NEW Hy-vee Health Market. It also has direct access to Jordan Creek Bike Trail Brookview Park.
