Historic red brick architecture and modern glass skyscrapers share the streets of downtown Hartford, also known as the Insurance Capitol of the World. Downtown has experienced something of a resurgence, adding new restaurants and almost doubling its residential population, while a comprehensive local bus system services the entire metro area. Residents crowd the streets running errands and walking dogs, and thousands turn up every summer to hear Hartford's old vanguard of jazz musicians play in Bushnell Park, the oldest public park in the United States.

Property Ratings at 360 Main
we had a appointment at 1:30-2:00 p.m., we came from another city to see the apartment, no one picked up the phone, we waited until 2:20 p.m. in the rain and left, because no one answered
I scheduled a tour of an apartment online with this apartment and they never showed up and I tried to call multiple times and they didn’t answer the phone.
Not the worst place to live but there are some problems. Parking passes are $60/month, but the parking lot is constantly full of cars without passes after hours. Getting a pass is a waste of money because they don’t ever check the cars parked in the lot or tow anyone without a pass. There are only two elevators, one of which has been broken for months and they never fix it. The second one breaks down somewhat often, forcing people on upper floors to walk up a lot of stairs. Management is very nice, but they don’t seem to care much about what happens after closing time.
My catalytic converter was stolen from my car in the property’s parking lot while there was allegedly overnight security. Property manager is nowhere to be found, only a sign on the door stating they are away until further notice. No emails were sent to residents to notify us of this change. Elevators constantly malfunction!! I was rescued by the fire department after being stuck on the elevator for over 30mins, with absolutely no help from the property manager or on-call staff. THIS BUILDING IS NOT SAFE BEWARE!
I have lived here for almost a year and I love it! The residents are super kind, everyone minds their business and management is great, Ashley is outstanding. Everything is about a 10 minutes distance either way you go which is very convenient. Maintenance comes right away whenever something needs to be fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about living here.
I have been apartment hunting and the search is over! These apartments are gorgeous. The Property Manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. The best part is that ALL utilities are included! I can't wait to make this apartment my new home.
I have lived at 360 Main for 2 years and I love it! The management and entire staff are very friendly and helpful! And the best thing about this community is that all utilities are included! It is an awesome place to live in!!
I've been living here for almost a year and I am so excited to renew my lease. The management is very helpful and friendly. I love my apartment and all my utilities are included! plus, they are pet friendly which made finding a home for me and my pup to stay, very easy. close to highways and the downtown view from my apartment is amazing! I 100% recommended these apartments
I signed a 6 month lease for a newly renovated micro studio apartment in 2017. There were signs of water damage on the walls inside the closet which I noticed after moving in. The apartment above began leaking water. Management sent maintenance and a plumber into my apartment to try to fix the leak. To my knowledge, they were never able to identify the leak (last I heard, they thought the resident above was using too much water to clean the floor) and the plumber's solution was to "insulate everything" in the ceiling. When I asked if this would just trap the water in the ceiling and cause mold, the office said “no, the plumber suggested it so it's fine”. A few additional notes: - The closet isn't actually big enough to hang clothes on a regular sized hanger and close the door. - The window doesn't have any locking mechanism, which should be a concern on the first floor. - At one point, there weren't enough parking spots for the number of cars with permits. The office said it was just people without permits parking in the lot, but I’ve walked around when there were no free spots and couldn’t spot a car without a permit. When I mentioned it to the office, they suggested parking on the street at night because it's free. This would be a fine solution if I wasn't paying to park in the lot. Also, I walked to work so it would never make sense to go move my car from the street into the lot I pay for before walking to work. Finally, Hartford gets a lot of snow in the winter. When there are street parking bans, this isn’t an option. - I think all but the first floor have a laundry room with 1-2 washers/dryers. Not all the dryers will actually dry your clothes. I've wasted a good amount of money figuring out which ones will fully dry clothes. - The elevators are very slow and more often than not, one is broken. - I’m not sure if the building still claims to have security at night, but, in recent months, it’s been very inconsistent.
The staff and management at 360 Main Street made my experience living there great! They were very responsive and willing to do whatever it takes for you to have a good experience. I lived there for 2 years and as a young professional looking for someone convenient and quiet, I would recommend it. Not only young professionals but there were families there as well. Great place!
A friend of mine use to live in this building a long time ago. I went to view an apartment for myself recently and the work they've done to improve the building is awesome! The Property Manager was helpful in answering all my questions. I look forward to making this my new home!
Adrian Towers is the perfect place to stay! Especially if your new to the Hartford CT area. The management team here is very accommodating; which made my transition here in Hartford Ct very smooth. Any adjustments that needed to made to my apartment; the staff here worked very diligently to get things done. In addition, Adrian Towers also keeps the building very secure by staffing overnight security, to ensure our safety. Since I been here I haven’t had any issues that couldn’t be fixed. Adrian Towers is a great place to stay if you have a family or work in the downtown area.

I am giving this apartment a five star rating because that's what it deserves. From day one when I saw the listing on Apartments.com and contacted the property manager Maria. She has been super helpful answering all my questions and my wishes in a timely manner ever since. The staff are very friendly and welcoming in this apartment, from the landlord all the way to maintenance. The management is working hard and renovating the apartment. The hallways are fully renovated and there is more to come. The building is secure with double locked doors plus a security guard on duty seven days a week. I had been living in one of the brand new apartments and whatever you see in the pictures that's exactly what you will get. The rent price is very reasonable compared to what they offer. This place truly felt like home this past year. Thanks for the great experience! Aris T.
Beautiful apartments and friendly staff. The owner is making a lot of nice renovations and updates which is nice
