Property Ratings at 360 Residences
I've lived in downtown San Jose for 17 years now, and 360 residences is by far the best building I have lived in. The units are spacious and modern, the property is well maintained, and the on-site staff (including front desk and maintenance) are friendly and helpful. A little over a year ago, the building management company changed and the new company seems determined to drive this facility into the ground. The removal of on-site leasing staff, confusing and pointless parking audits, and a strange focus on utilizing apartments as AirBnB's has me concerned for the future of the building.

Do not rent here! I am currently trying to move out of this building, and it took me nearly a week to even get a hold of a person on the phone in order to do so. Once my move was confirmed I was then offered a spot in the moving elevator, which I confirmed only to learn two days before my move that it was never booked, and now the moving elevator has been fully booked and the on-site concierge who have no power over anything in the building cannot get a hold of anyone in the management. This building is extremely poorly managed. Do not rent here there is no onsite management to help you.
