The home features three full bathrooms, a game room for recreation, and a media room with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils and silverware, perfect for family meals, and there is a garage for two cars. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Farmers Branch combines small-town charm with big-city amenities, making it an ideal place for living and working. Home to over 4,000 businesses, including major corporations, the city boasts safe neighborhoods, numerous parks, and state-of-the-art facilities. Strategically located in North Dallas with easy access to major highways and airports, Farmers Branch stands out as a central business hub in the Metroplex. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7, and there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The home features a garden area, and despite monthly pest control measures, you might encounter wildlife in the yard and occasionally outdoor insects indoors.
