The home features three full bathrooms, a game room for recreation, and a media room with plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The fully equipped kitchen includes utensils and silverware, perfect for family meals, and there is a garage for two cars. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.
