We are walking distance to great 5 star restaurants, public library, great park for kids 2-10 years old, in a quiet & safe neighborhood. Less than two miles from the freeway, and close by great attractions like Aquarium of the Pacific, Stadium, less than 10 miles from CSULB, etc.The home is about 3,800sqft with 6 bedrooms with two wings in the home built in two different times - 1920s and 1975. There are two living rooms, two fireplace, and 4 bathrooms that sit on the largest lot in the Cal Heights Historic District over 12,000sqft. One of the wings of the house is shared between commonly four roommates and the other wing is with our family.We have many fruit trees that include oranges, lemons, papayas, persimmons, two passion fruit vines, guavas, and tangerines with rosemary and mint herbs.This is for a 6 months commitment then it goes to month-to-month. Inquire and book initially online for a month to get started.Join us if you would like to get to know more about Jesus Christ with us though not mandatory.The ROOM:Use your 170sqft private bedroom with private bathroom as you walk pass the passion fruit vine through the gate. Read a book in the pergola in the backyard, do the laundry as you walk pass the paved walkway. Head to the cute living room with the bar table downstairs where there’s a small kitchen to eat breakfast or simple dinners.There are no cleaning schedule with others since it’s a private bathroom.GUEST ACCESS:General living spaces are available to be used like the living room, laundry, kitchen, etc.INTERACTION: If you would like to socialize and/or join us in prayer, we are available mostly in the other family room, and also dining room between 7am-8:30pm.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:Contributions made to LoveHOP are made with the understanding that LoveHOP has complete discretion over the use of all donated funds and no goods or services were received in return for the donation except for intangible spiritual benefits.
