Access I-44 or I-40 East & West via Hampton or Kingshighway to get to the rest of STL. This rental only requires payment for electricity, as water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. LAUNDRY: Laundry facility with coin-operated machines available within the premises. PARKING: Street parking is almost always available on either side of Hereford or Tholozan! UTILITIES: Water, Sewer and Trash are included in rent. Tenant will be responsible for electric only as the unit is all electric. Lease Terms: We are offering a twelve-month lease. Move-in charges include a one-month security deposit and prorated rent for the month of move-in (dependent on the move-in day). Up to two cats are welcome with a $200 refundable deposit and $25/month pet rent. Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Qualifications include a credit score above 550, no previous evictions, and a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent amount. This is a no-smoking building, and a background check will be conducted. Renters insurance is required. The application fee is only $45.
