Tarkiln Park Apartments offers both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom, 2 floor apartments: living room & kitchen downstairs, bathroom and bedrooms upstairs. The community has excellent 24 hour maintenance service for our residents. The rent includes gas heat, hot water and cooking,water & sewer, trash/recycling and *electric (electric doesn't include AC; tenants who want AC must buy, install and maintain their own window AC units and pay electric surcharge with their rent for each unit). We have a laundry facility onsite. We have 2, two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments available approx. July 15 into August 2019. Units D5 ($1150 rent) & B6 ($1200 rent) Rent range: $1150.00 to 1200.00 per month includes *electric, heat, water, sewer, gas.
