The heated swimming pool that is open from June through September and a tennis/pickleball court make De La Salle a very desirable place to be. Sorry,no pets and no smoking. $200.00 cleaning fee is required in addition to the rent. Tenant pays all utilities regardless of rental term. Linens are not provided,however they can be rented for an additional fee. A shorter term with a minimum of 31 days will be considered for a higher rent.
