It is a small house but extremely efficient use of space and is bright with two large south-facing windows and a glass-paned front door. Perfect for indoor plant lovers! The furniture in the photos were staged by the show and HGTV so are not included, but the kitchen appliances, stacked washer and dryer, and the wall-mounted TV were provided by the show and included in the rent. The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with a custom wood trimmed elfa closet system from the container store and vaulted ensuite bathroom. Glassell Park is a quiet neighborhood in the hills with owls and hawks flying overhead.
